The service

Sealed is software that lets people send crypto to X accounts and lets account owners use what they receive. Sealed does not hold your funds: they are controlled by smart contracts and a signing network, as described in the Trust Model.

Payments are final

Once a payment is credited to an account it cannot be reversed, declined, returned or clawed back. Check the recipient before you send. Payments that fail before they are credited are refunded to the sender by the settlement network.

Your X account and keys

You are responsible for the security of your X account and of any key you add. If you remove the system key, only your key can move your funds and nobody can recover them if you lose it.
